Order Processing

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed. We work with trusted third-party suppliers and dropshippers to fulfill our orders, so processing and shipping times may vary depending on the supplier and product.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are generally 5–21 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, supplier, carrier, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Delays & Additional Fees

Hooked On Outdoor Gear is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Customs delays or inspections
Natural disasters or severe weather
Airline, ground transportation, or carrier delays
International shipping delays
Other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery

We are also not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges that may be applied after your package has been shipped. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable by FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or their international shipping partners, the order may be canceled and refunded once the package is returned or the carrier confirms that it cannot be delivered.
